btw for bikers there's a new riverfront path that just opened south of LSP, if you exit going along the water west it comes off from the area with a couple docks. it got built as part of the port liberte project but is open to the public. you can't go fast but it's a lot more scenic than going on caven point rd if you're heading towards bayonne.

i'm sure there are ways but you may have to map it out yourself - you basically just have to figure out a way to get to river rd and there are several published bike routes from there.
