Hi Madeline ,

Talking to my friend Mike Bates today (from Belfast) He called in with you a week or so ago when he was in LA , I had asked him to check out your shop when he was on Melrose . I am calling in with him tomorrow at his shop , he tells me has has a load of pics and stuff from his trip so looking forward to that . He is looking to move to new premises early next year and hopefully we can borrow some ideas from Chucks . From my brief phonecall today he enjoyed his visit and passes on his best wishes .

I don't know about an entire line of hemp denim, but I know Johnbull does a hemp/cotton jean.

Any idea about the chronology of the Nathaniel Turk Labels? I got this for free when I was working at a clothing bank about 15 years ago. I didn't know what it was then; just thought it was a cool shirt.

I belioeve this one is from the 1950's. Looks like a great shirt. Do you have a full pic of it?The N Turk is especially rare.
