Denim jacket recommendations?

Hi, my friend is looking for a denim jacket, i presume that it will be worn most of the time when he's riding. My first thought was looking at APC, but they dont seem to have any this season online. What would you reccommend? preferably under 200usd. Also i'm wondering, if its dry denim, will it bleed onto the clothes when it pours? Thanks

otherwise, check on eBay for some LVC Type I or Type II jackets. these usually run less than $200.

edit - yes, it'll bleed if it's dry ...hmmm, that didn't sound too kosher...you get the point...

i saw that Nudie dry jacket in a shop here in LA, it's the bee's knees. would have jumped into one if they had my size.

my LVC type 1 was about $200 deadstock.
