When is that your are "actually done" spreading enough rep?

i remember reading somewhere that the quickest way to be able to rep someone again is to max out on the allowed amount rep you can give out in a day. do this everyday and you should be able to rep someone again.

ive never been able to confirm this as im just too fucking lazy.

Maybe it's llike rollover minutes, I think that a person's rep should acru after a while of not using then that person could go on a gangbanging rep spree! spittin green in all ya faces!
