why do people turn up non selvage denim??

ive noticed lots of people are starting to turn up there cheap denim exposiving the rought edges of there non selvage jeans... buy why it jus looks stupid?

I don't find it really looks much different selvage or not. Unless you are closely inspecting it then you'll see the difference in stitching.... but maybe my eyes aren't all that hot. To me a cuff looks like a cuff.

because depending on the cut of the jeans, or your personal preferance it just looks good to cuff yur jeans....atleast imo...i always buy my pants a lil bit longer so i can cuff the ends....
