I liked McGee's double dunk, but the three dunk thing was awful. Blake's first dunk was awesome, his other ones kinda sucked other than the honey dip. DeMar was clearly jobbed: dude hits a behind the net east bay reverse. Took six tries, okay, but Griffin got a better score off a fuckin' windmill! Griffin could have Darrell Armstrong'd and still won.

Only problem with McGee's set is that he pretty much gave up on his last dunk, which comes to the problem in opening voting to the public. If he made that last one good, he could've forced a well deserved tie breaker or something and won it through the judges. Now it's just a huge popularity contest.

Totally agree, Blake gave up

On his first and got a pass, javale gave up on his second and got snowed. Either way, so much better than Nate Robinson...

Oh, can't rep chan, good shit.

Kings should go to Vegas or Seattle.

I'm sure you're aware, but it would be increibly difficult to bring a major league sports team to Las Vegas with the gambling policies and all of that. A team in Vegas would get so much love though. Probably sell outs every night.

Seattle needs a team again. They've been hurting, and I don't think the Storm is enough for them to be happy. I saw a Kings game in Sacramento a couple years back and it was pretty pitiful.

seattle wouldnt pay for a new arena either though

vegas would mean that the kings games would be taken off the books. dont know if thats really feasible. i want to say i read something a long time ago about all nba games being off the books for all casinos but i dont think thats right since Caesars just has to take celtics games off due to partial ownership by the CEO.

i dont know if an nba franchise would sell out in vegas every night. most people that go to vegas arent there to see nba games and the locals work strange hours to really sustain a consistent fan base.

sacramento just needs to pony up and get the new arena. if the kings leave it will set sacramento back more than most people realize. a new arena downtown will revitalize downtown promote new jobs and just let the city grow (even though the freeways arent built for much more growth, but thats another topic)
