Vans cracked leather

Has anyone seen these up close yet ?

I like the look of the Sk8 Hi's

but hunting around for them I found these pics:

which look pretty offensive.

Hopefully they'll look closer to the first ones but can anyone confirm ?

Fingers crossed the 2nd pair have just been advertised incorrectly as they dont look too white to me !

I've seen vans being sold as "white" when they arn't really true white. That might just be a different colorway similar to how they do the slip ons in off white and white.

I got mines from Livestock SK8 Hi's in Black and White. Pretty nice shoe. Like it alot.

Saw some in the Vans shop a few weeks ago in Carnaby Street in london I think, although not sure if they had those Sk8 Hi's. Liked the look of the black cracked leather if i remember correctly..
