when it comes to the likelihood of confusion/recognition standard that applies more to trademark, not a copyrighted image.

Since Che Guevara is not a per se 'product' but an icon, this would be hard to win against Russ. And it would be sooo easy to demonstrate little to no likelihood of confusion on Russ' part.

Hey I was watching that film then "the Guru" on TV the other night and I saw The Playpen.....So is that a famous NYC strip joint? I was wearing the this Ssur tee, it kinda buzzed me out.

I have checked out the SSur site but can't seem to find the pic's of the collection, I click on a lcity light then takes ages to load, any help woukd be splendid
