like 3 weeks ago i shipped an item to korea and i chose the cheapest shipping option which is without tracking number. And the buyer opened a dispute like a few days ago, which is BS since it normally takes a month but he said he has already waited for 3 weeks and he still didnt get the item so he opened it. However, my account has no money already and i honestly shipped the item.

Is there is any way that he may get the refund back and how i may prove that i have already shipped the item?

thanks

If your Paypal account is connected to your bank account they will attempt to collect thru your bank, and send your case to a collection agency if you do not pay up. Sorry, but Paypal will always take the buyers side in these things if you don't follow their procedure exactly (which you didn;t by shipping without a tracking number). I had someone run the chargeback scam on me once and learned my lesson the hard way.

im sorry to say this, but you shouldnt have really been so cheap. its only an additional .35-.75 cents for a tracking number through USPS. It sucks that this happend to you. I once took paypal for a local transaction, 4 days later, negative funds. You have to be careful these days. good luck.

basically don't respond to him. You would not have won even if you did provide tracking because Paypal only covers you if you're covered on the seller protection, and for that to happen you need to send to the UK, Canada, or US to a confirmed, verified address. Basically, you did the right thing by removing all your info, so hopefully, they can't do shit.

my account became negative b/c of some fucked up transaction.

will paypal deduct the amount from the linked bank account @ some point?

if that is bound to happen, ill just bite the bullet and add the $ now

dont worry about that, they'll put a negative on your paypal account and most likely shut it down til you pay it off or something.

i know someone with a similar situation. he shipped it out but the guy never got it and he escalated his claim and so paypal took the money and his account had a negative balance because he already withdrew the money. i think all his accounts were suspended but he still had the money. dont really know what happend after that. worse come to worse if you dont mind throwing your accounts away. you could do that. btw paypal sux1!

wth? so you'd still be screwed if you provide tracking these days? that totally blows

dude, call paypal and ask them. we don't make the rules. i'm just telling you what was already told to me by paypal when this situation happened to me. how you think at all you're winning is beyond me. by picking the cheapest shipping method without any sort of proof of sending, you're really just asking for someone to fuck you over. cheapest shipping method probably won't even get there 1 1/2 months...
