i bought a leather bomber jacket from fcuk a while ago, its great, fit is on point...however there is one thing that bugs me, the color is knit/ribbed and stands up, i want to fold it down but it keeps popping back up...does anyone have any ideas of how i can make the collar stay down (folded down) permenantly?

also do you guys condition your leather jackets, i think it feels a bit dry... anything i can do about this to make it a bit more supple? thanks!

Leather jackets shouldn't be conditioned for years if they are new. You can try some hot water. Make sure you DO NOT get it on any of the knits or the lining just the leather. Soak the leather then mold it the way you want it to lay and let it dry. DO NOT use any artificial drying like a hair dryer. Let it air dry naturally

i laid the books on it all night and i wore it today, stayed down for the most part, popped up once but just folded it back down and it stayed... hopefully it wont go back to its natural place again lol...

i kind of like the popped up style of it more, but it makes it look like im trying too hard and it grazes my chin a lot, kind of annoying... if anyone owns this jacket they know what i mean...

unfortunately no pictures...but this is the jacket:

the collar seems kind of short in that picture, but its pretty high...imagine a polo with a popped collar... btw the jacket looks 100x better in person relative to that picture, looks cheap in the picture
