N00b sizing question

Alright, I bought a pair of 511 skinny jeans from Levi's. I like the way it fits on me but the waist is a little tight. I'm an athletic guy and have body fat almost in single digits but I have wide hip bones. I like to sag my jeans and currently my 33X32 are really cutting my hip area. I really like the fit and was wondering if 34X32s will usually fit any different?

Wear them around for a few days, and they'll slowly stretch in the waist. You'll be able to wear them on your hips soon, just keep wearing them. My size 32 levis stretched to a 34.5" and they weren't even that tight, i'm sure your's will stretch in a few days so you can wear them on your hips.
