levis with white labels?

hi, i saw a japanese kid with these black levis, couldn't tell if they were selvage or not, but the jeans had a white cloth label and levis printed in black.

anyone know what these were?

i saw one of them too in a thrift store near me. they're selvedge and the tag has the big E. the patch states "no.2" just like in the evisus. too bad they weren't my size.

my mistake, for some reason i thought the labels were cloth, but i'm pretty sure this is what i saw cause of the odd stitiching on the thighs.

If they said no.2 they're not black label they're 201's .

the jeans were black. the tag on the back was white. it had levis printed in black. i didn't a see a no. 2

The Eco line is already in stores and online. They've even got some Capital E Eco jeans and are rolling out with a bunch of new models this season.
