I think NORT carries some sometimes, and possibly Union, but you're way better off just ordering from Japan.

Recon on Lafayette St. hardly has any W)taps at all...don't expect anything (seriously, you probably won't find anything at all)

every time i go to recon, they always have some w)taps stuff.

when i went in january, i think they had the hellweek zip hoodies.

I did pick up a pair of BDUs back in november.

I don't go to Recon that often but I live only 1 block away so I pop in once a month or so. I've been to the store many many times though. I've seen one wool winter hat and a pair of BDUs and one jungle military looking coat. I would hardly call that a decent selection but I guess if you HAVE to have W)taps, Recon is worth checking.
