Impossible Request

I have been reading these forums for about 2 months now in preparation to start buying some real denim, but unfortunatly I haven't seen what I've been really really hoping to. I am making the transition from brands like Diesel, and am a real sucker for back pockets that zip (i.e. - Yarik/Slammer). So, my question is, Does anyone know of any quality selvedge jeans with this feature? To make my search even harder I would need/prefer a fairly slim cut. I haven't seen anything like this here, but if anyone could point me in the right direction that would be great. I also noticed a guy here who makes jeans (Ande). Does anyone know if he or any other tailor does oneoffs or custom requests? Thanks in advance.

i cant stand buttons on my backpockets let alone zippers. doesnt that eat up your hand if you keep anything in your backpocket?!

I want it because it is most likely raw/onewash and better quality that the italian stuff I already have. Also, the prices seem fairly close, so why not go for the better stuff.

Yarik is not bad quality, you will probably be underwhelmed with japanese denim quality

check out the april77 dee entombed..i think they have nice zip pockets for almost the same price as slammers

i say, take a chance and just get the real deal. start with a pair of sugar cane's or samurai's (both are regular style jeans no back pocket zippers or buttons) wear them for months and at around 6 months of daily wear i garuntee you will love the way the fade and wiskers conform to your body. It will look better than any deisel washes or true religion washes. by then you will have forgotten bout the other shit and you will stick to japanese denim. once you go jap you never go back.
