I've only recently started to ride bigger boards, and I have a couple of 129 mm indys. Does your board get more stable when you have a slightly wider truck to go with the bigger boards?

Definitely. I like it when the truck axle is slightly wider than the board. I used to ride 7.75-7.88 boards with 139 Indy's and it was perfect. Now that I ride an 8" board, I might upsize to some 149's.

It could be a mental thing, but I feel like I can't do flip tricks well when the trucks are too narrow.
