paypal not replying email

has anyone had any experience with them not replying your mails?

it's been 6 days since i sent an email requesting for my account to be downgraded but there's not been any response so far. I've sent another mail 2 days ago just to confirm they've received it.. but nothing. damn it.

paypal is fucking terrible. for everything. they are the worst people on earth. can't wait till google checkout is mainstream. try calling them, the do pick up the phone, although they are never really that helpful

Will be great if this google checkout works out and some decent competition gets involved. That should force Paypal to lift their game. Coz right now they basically got a monopoly, thats why their seller protection and service is so weak.

Man, Paypal sucks a whole world of penis. They locked my old account due to a "security rick" in that I moved house and started posting packages to my house, and to unlock it they demanded all this bullshit paperwork that I don't have. Eventually they let me withdraw the funds I had stuck in my account, but they never let me close the account and open a new one, meaning I'm stuck using my girlfriend's card.

"So basically, you allow people in different countries to rip me off and I should be ok with that?"

it's a toll free number..don't know how that works abroad though

^ you have to pay the international call cost atleast.. shouldn't be that much nowadays, depends where you are.

I agree with everything said, I've never had as much trouble with any customer service as theirs.
