help ordering from japenese websites?

ive ordered from some before, but for some reason im having a tough time trying to figure out http://www.bwb-kickz.com . has anyone ordered from them before to the states? any help nagvigating would be great. ive done the whole google page translation, but still isnt helping me when i go into the "buy" section. sorry i know this is vague, but thanks for any help.

i did. like over 7 days ago, and i still havent heard back yet. i wanted to purchase something for xmas for someone, soooo kinda have a time crunch.

Well, if they don't reply, it either means they don't, or the don't know english. You could go and add the item to your cart, and just go from there, and try to order, that will kind of force them to e-mail you.

Asked this question in another post, but thought i might get some luck here..

how are you guys actually searching for stuff? Can you actually read it? or just aimlessly click around and eventually memorize where everything is? Takes forever to find stuff.
