The way something like "full custom order" was mentioned in the text, I feel like these might be factory seconds from the place doing made-to-measure repros. Sure look the same.

actually, not D26ya's so much, but another guy who makes made-to-measure in Shibuya, he does a red tab and all.

third thought, maybe they're Eternal factory run-offs or something? Of the few Okayama brands, they look more like Eternals than John Bulls or something.
