good coffee in nyc

Going to be up for the weekend and want to find an excellent cup of coffee. Location is not important, though not Brooklyn. If you've ever been to Portland, OR. a place like Stumptown.

I recommend PORTO RICO coffee.

There's one in soho, lower east side and one on bleecker.

Also, if you drink beer, Brooklyn Lager is a fine brew.

Nearby Porto Rico, there is this little coffee place called Taralluci and Vino. Great Coffee!!

Its on the corner of 10th and first ave

agreed on porto rico. dean and deluca coffee is good too. they don't burn the hell out of the beans.
