need japanese translation help

i need to wash this jacket. probably dry clean, but not quite sure....

any help would be much appreciated....

ATSM symbols are completely universal. If you ever have a question take it to your local dry cleaner and they should be able to read them for you or tell you how to clean the garment.

it says not to wash it, so dry clean it.

dry clean, iron at medium.

no bleach, no wash

edit: it's also 100% cotton outside, 100% polyester inside, so I think a handwash wouldn't be out of the question... Asian washing directions seem to differ greatly from European standards sometimes; something that the Europeans say to handwash might have a Japanese flipside that says to dry clean only, or vice versa.
