Interest Check: BNWT Visvim Polke No.5, sz. 10, dark brown

So I got a dark brown pair of the new Polkes from this F/W '06-'07 season by Visvim, and they are too tight for my liking. I am trying to exchange them for a size 11 but I haven't received any response e-mails yet. If I don't end up receive one by the end of the week, it looks like I'm going to have sell these and purchase a new pair somewhere else.

I'd just like to gauge interest here regarding this pair of shoes. My price is firm at $295 shipped (incl. PayPal fees) within the continental U.S. Pics can be available upon request; I didn't see the need to post pics since these are brand new (worn for about 30 minutes indoors to see if my opinion would change) with all the accessories (dust bag, Polke tag, etc.) Here are some stock pics of the shoes, respectfully borrowed from SlamJam...
