fake straight sven tags?

i found this pic of the inside size tag from a straight sven on another board (sorry for the size). when i looked at the ones in my pair (i bought them used) i noticed that they looked the same as these. i've only seen one set of pics of fake nudies and from my research have found that there aren't many fake nudies out there (yet). can someone look at their pair of ss's to see if they look the same? could these be from an older production? thanks for any replies.

If it is, that's pretty stupid. Tags are the thing fake retailers seem to do best, hence Diesel's microstitching.

if the pair i have are fakes, they're the best fakes ever. everything looks legit - down to the inside of the rivets. even the quality and feel of the denim feels the same as my slim jim dry's (which i know are authentic). btw, i bought them from a fellow superfuture member.

Actually - the top one is the one that Nudie's bee using since 2006 - the second one is from 2005 and earlier collection...both ligit...

There have been fake Nudies, and they aren't fake. There was a topic on mynudies about this a while ago.

Further, what adds to the confusion is that Nudie is very inconsistent, and even makes errors (missing flag on svenskas).

End of the day, if a fake is the same quality of denim who the hell gives a crap? The whole point of buying Nudie is that it's superior quality to cheaper dry denim like Levis STF.

the fake german nudies were shocking quality. but they are very obvious fakes. the nudie wave was poorly done.

i emailed the pic to someone at nudie (whoever answers the info email) and he said they were real.
