Read a couple Henry Miller book this summer, was also pretty good, in the same vein...

No, I mean, I love buk. I'm reading post office as we speak and ham on rye is one of my all time faves but he's too outsider-ish for what I'm talking about. Before I edited my post I had said something like plum sykes books untill I read reviews her her books. (I just knew of her from vogue. Never read her works. My girl was telling me about them.) But maybe the idea was the right one. I'm not looking for vapid shallow or poor lit. Just something that involves shop/brand culture or just a hipper lifestyle that a guy who reads/posts on superfuture would be able to ident with.
