Yes, http://apc.fr/us/en/fiche_article.php?ref=1C022512283H are the same pants that I have for sale. Don't know why they call them tight on the site but have the tagged New Standard. I check the fall order sheet and they never had a "New Cure" model in the brushed cotton, only the New Standard, which on the APC website they call tight.

The suede boots are not out yet. I will have them when APC ships them to retailers.

I wear size 10.5 shoes and the 44 boots are a bit big on me, the 43 fits a tad snug but I think the leather would stretch and be comfortable. So I would say the 43 is more like a 10. The 44 is about an 11. And the 42 probably about a 9.5.

I am sold out of the 41.

Thought I'd give more input on boot sizing..

I usually wear 10.5 and own the white s/s 2006 sneakers in 44. The sneakers were very snug for a long time but I tried on the zip boots today and found that the 43 was definitely the best fit for me. I was actually rather surprised.
