i will be in vancouver on from the 9th to the 13th -- my first time there! i was hoping that u guys could give me a few tips on some not to be missed stores and really good eats (vegetarian/vegan a plus), as i will have very limited time to run around. anything helps

budgies burritos just opened up and it is the JAM, full on gut-buster veggie 'ritos for cheap cheap.

if you're up antisocial or foundation way, definitely check this place as well.

there is also a new breakfast spot on broadway just east of main called "hatch" that the owners of foundation just opened. you can't miss it, orange and black paint job.

aaaaaannnd you were already here, so this post is irrelevant. but all you vancouver fools get up to budgies.

The place sucks. vegetarian food is for fools. Get back to some real meat. Hit Memphis Blues BBQ house on Broadway at Granville and hook yourself up with the Elvis Platter.
