uh, I don't know where this is coming from...what makes you think this is fake? This has all of the correct tags, correct lambo zips, the leather is amazing. I have this for sale on Styleforum where I conduct most of my business.

 

I have an amazing rep on styleforum and 100% ebay feedback as mooresales10. I think this is a baseless accusation and perhaps a vindictive one. If you think its fake and try to ruin a sale, post your evidence...

here are updated pics. I have checked with several sources across several boards and they all confirm this is 100% legit. Any other claims you see about this being fake are completely baseless and without merit.

 

This is still for sale but I prefer to sell this within the US and to a member with at least some good feedback. I will ship international if you have great feedback and rep but you have to pay for the shipping cost and this has to be shipped via USPS express (a trackable/insurable method)

if you send him a message saying you are interested and tell him if item is fake, you know a local Balmain store that can get authenticity documents for paypal claim... than he won't sell you the jacket.  Wonder why?  because he know's it's fake.

 

It's obvious what he is trying to do here, he is trying to find a dumb buyer that doesn't know Balmain, so he doesn't have to worry about a case opened

As for the above guy, check out his rep here on the boards. Mentioned by other members to stay away and has dealt with fake pieces. This is not my opinion but what others have said.

 

Please, I encourage you, If this is so fake, post pics of a REAL balmain biker. Seriously, I would love to do a side by side comparison of my supposedly "fake" one vs any verified "real" one that can be produced.

 

I mean it, ANY real experts on Balmain can come foreword and state "yep, this is fake because of this and this" just as long as they have photos to back up it. Once this is done, I will take this down and apologize. Otherwise do you know what is produced? Conjecture with is worthless and uncessarily scares buyers.

 

Seriously people, take a good look at the pics provided. Does anything about the above piece scream fake to anyone?

I wouldn't say that I am an expert on Balmain or whatsoever, be that as it may however as I personally own several Balmain pieces from different collections in the past few years, this Jacket. From the details this seller provided, I wouldn't say it's a fake jacket, as the pattern of the lambskin leather seems pretty legit and also the texture of the zippers looks well defined.

As I said, I'm not 100% sure that it's real but I think this one is more likely to be real than fake.

That's a complete lie.  Here is a post it was posted on.  Someone else owns the same jacket and bought it himself at a retail shop and has different zipper's than this.  This seller (returningson) bought it online from someone else and doesn't know the item.  Honestly it may be real leather (there are good fakes out there that use real leather), but this isn't real Balmain. 

 

 

Also find it funny the guy above bought the jacket, than the seller (returningson) checked his previous posts and saw a post the buyer made about a fake balmain hoodie the buyer bought and how he obtained documenations for a paypal case to get a refund.  And as soon as the seller saw that he refunded the buyer, because he himself knows it's fake and will lose a case since that buyer can provide documenations. 

 

I agree with the guy above, it's very clear this posting is nothing but bait and waiting for an idiot to bite the hook.

the jacket is authentic. I mean just look at the beautiful leather grain.  Balmain is changing zippers every once in a while, they really dont give a fuck and just swtich all things by season.

By the way - I am Daniel from that picture. I never said the item that was sold here is fake. I actually just ran across this, and felt the need to bump it up to make some clarifications.

 

the  "LAMPO" does change (the bigger zipper), and is not always constant throughout each season as someone mentioned above.

 

However, the jacket that was sold is most certainly authentic from the details and pictures of the lampo zippers the seller provided. The fake lampo zips are rather shiny (they look like cheap coated plastic) and they are rounded at the top (they do not have the distinct bent triangular shape).

 

Hope this clarifies my stance and apologies if my FaceBook post was misinterpreted and used in the wrong way.

Im sorry for throwing you under the bus a little in my above post as you clearly were not aware of the situation occurring here. Shows how certain people love to take things COMPLETELY out of context and apply them to something totally different and remain completely oblivious to the remifications it may have on the person who originally stated it. Sorry you were caught unawares but Im glad you came in and vouched for the jacket's authenticity, even after it had been sold!

 

 Anyway, all that matters is the jacket was confirmed authentic by every source and went to a good home. Thanks! ;-)
