this guy sold me fake diors. i verified they were counterfeit only after the 45 day mark for paypal so i guess im screwed. fuck.

2. i did not and still dont know for sure the jeans is fake just based on maxexactly's description.

 

 

3. i have contacted  bluemoonmcfc to confirm if the jean is authentic or fake. and if he agrees to refund, I will be able to refund.

 

4. this jeans was sold in November, but maxexactly just put forward this dispute today.？

the fact that you were duped has absolutely no bearing as to the determination of whether or not he is owed a refund.  the burden is, and was, on you to verify that you are selling authentic goods.
