I have this problem with my playlist and the alphabetical order.. How do I get The Distillers to be under T and not D. Every other "the" band is listed under T. I changed the tags with different programs but so far nothing worked.

YOU JUST HAVE TO DELETE "THE" and leave it as "distillers" other wise it will stay under "T"

Hmm. what about changing the actual filename of the mp3 (xxxxx.mp3) and just re-import it to your playlist. Might be worth a try.

it won't change anything cause the ipod use the tags and not the file name. honestly, apart from renaming it with an extra caracter, let's say The' Distillers, i don't see how you can have show into T
