NEW 30GB U2 Video iPod + c6 Carbon Fiber case

I'm selling a brand new U2 Video iPod, plus the carbon fiber case I purchased for it. The iPod has been turned on a couple to check out the video features, and has one video downloaded to it (The gumball rally Jackass episode) plus my music collection. I have the iPod case, with all manuals, pleather-type Apple cover, and an unused coupon for a U2 video. The box has the UPC cut out for a rebate offer I sent in for. The iPod itself has never left my room and has seen zero abuse. Retail is $329.00.

The c6 carbon fiber case retails for $50, and included a thin plastic film to place over the iPod to protect the screen and scroll wheel. This piece of plastic is on the iPod currently. I am including the wrench and metal clip for the back.

I'll let the entire package go for $345 shipped to anywhere in the US. Will also be open to equal value trades (Visvim backpacks, seriously awesome denim plus cash, etc...toss out some offers).
