Fibreops Denim

Hi there,

Just wondering if anyone has any expeirience of the Fibreops raw selvedge line

(not my picture nicked from user on fuk)

Whats the quality, fit etc like?

I don't have a raw selvage fiberops, but I do have a pair of washed selvage. I'd say the price is steep for the quality, which seems like average china-made selvage denim. But you aren't really paying for the "quality" per say, more for the dope cut and branding.

Fiberops has a lot of unique design details. Fore example some models have hidden pockets, lots of rivets, studs and camoflauge-material sewn into jeans, etc, and its really different than the average levi's repro fit and look. I think the sizing tends to run on the large-size at the waist, but the jeans might be meant to have a bigger, baggier fit. You could probably go down a size to have the jeans fit tighter.

Dope jeans though, fiberops ops stuff is pretty sick.

Only website I know of that stocks is Grandism.com and they dont have the above jeans Anyone know any others?

Like the stud detail, something different from my other jeans which are all plain apart from the wear etc but still not too OTT

I'm a fan of regular 5-pocket jeans with no extra detailing, but those Fiberops jeans pictured above look *INCREDIBLE* in person.. like jaw-dropping.

The brands website is http://www.fiberops.jp. It's in Japanese though. If you go to the shop list, you can get to the retailers that are carrying this brand. Some of which the website is in English.

fiber ops is by the same person that did alphanumeric, so expect the same idea and idea as the brand i guess
