I purchased from eBay a long time ago. I do not remember the price. But probably around $250+ Worn it 3-4 times and never worn again.

I do not know reference number because they are no tag, But they had not been altered before. But previous owners confirmed that this is genuine. He bought them from Fifth Avenue, New York.
