The article is interesting, but the article gets kind of repetetive. I got the fact that "Oh no, he can't do what he wants to do because no one can afford a fucking 30,000 dollar dress!" by the middle of the second page.

didn't read the whole thing, but there's a difference between doing it for love or money. they could make the dress, spend the time, etc, and charge less than 300k, but they dont. I knit for people, and I could prob. charge more, but I dont, cause it's my hobby and my love, and I get enough out of it I dont need money. I can see charging enough to get by, but who really needs a whole hella money?
