denim jacket with a hood

I just bought a denim jacket with a hood at forever 21. It's pretty much summer time in San Diego all the time. Night time would probably make the most sense to wear it. But I don't know any outfits to pair it with. I usually go out for a relaxing time getting a beer or two.
