i went to sam woo bbq and had some roasted duck, calamari, and some kind of spinach that was really good. it was the best dinner ive had in a while

breakfast: dry honey nut cheerios and cranberry juice straight out the bottle.

lunch: continuing dry honey nut cheerios, but i ran out of cranberry juice so i changed to flavored water.

dinner: finally went to the b/f's where he has a kitchen and made pasta with butter cheese and salt. then followed by ben&jerrys chocolate fudge brownie. then followed by 2 bacon strips. im disgusted. :-X and i promise i'm not fat.

I had a bento from the flashy organic place up the road yesterday.

Big disappointment, but the packaging was nice.

Tonight I will eat a fish. I will do things to it with lime juice, garlic and chilli first, then

fry it in a pan and serve it up with a crisp white wine on a warm noodle salad.
