I believe this is a Beams X Yoshida colloboration bag, so it will only be available via Beams shops in Japan. U can also have someone order it for you in Japan and have it shipped to you. The site you provided is an online store.

hey, so how would one wear/carry this? I would be highly tempted to put one of my arms through the handles on this thing and carry it around one shoulder like a purse...
