how does one wash denim compare to dry denim in terms of aging? i know that the starch is gone and it's probably already shrunk, but isnt most of the indigo still there? would it be possible to get similar wear/fading if starch was reapplied?

yo starch the fuck out of them! then just wear them, wear them, wear them, until they stink then wear them some more..... denim will break down no matter what you just have to put the time and effort into it.

one wash denim.10 months of regular wear.3 washes in cold with dr.bronners.starched once right after i bought them.

turned out fine i think.
