size is "IV" (4) which is equivalent to 46/S

it is 100% cotton but the tag is in Japanese and says something something 65%/35% and something 100% (presumably cotton for the 100% one - item is purchased in Tokyo years back)

extremely nice cotton and the quality is really really nice. fits very nice. sleeves are lined with a slightly different material

Outside is 100% cotton, lining is 65%cotton/35%polyester mix, and the sleeves are 100% polyester.
