Japanese Levi's Lot 903?

I was at Ross today and they had about 4 pair of Levi's that I thought looked strange. They were really wide leg and had a cinch back with out hardware, just strips of denim hanging off. They were raw and no selvedge. The back tag is very simplified just the two horses, "levi strauss & co." over the top and "quality never goes out of style" under the horses. Where the model name is it says "Lot 903". The tag is not the same as the typical Levi's tag. The inside tag was all in japanese and had the numbers "P359" "J11154". Was wondering if anyone had any info on these. They were only $12.99 if anyone wants a pair.
