I've bought shoes at their store in Tokyo. No idea about the website service.

Bought some superstars from the Shinjuku store, and also visited the Shibuya store. Service was okay.

There were some nice white shoes on sale, but when we asked to try on the other foot - the other shoe they brought out was so heavily soiled that it looked like a different color.

They don't ship internationally as far as I know...

I've been to the fukuoka, shibuya, shinjuku, osaka stores

pretty good overall service, even in osaka. If they don't have anything stock, they'll call someone, then call your cell to pick it up within half an hr. I wanna see that kind of service in footlocker.

stores like that keep me coming back no matter how far they are... unfortunately, these guys are way out there in japan hahahahahaha... so they don't ship internationally huh? that sucks
