Bought a couple years ago, worn a handful of times then sat in the dust bag. They're in great condition, almost all of the thread is still left as you can see in the pics. One sole is slightly yellowed compared to the other, this is how I received them, but it's hardly noticeable.

No box, but dust bag (which is really dusty from sitting in the closet) is included.
