Best wash for raw Dior?

I have a pair of raw Dior MIJ, which i bought about 2,5 years ago. I've used them a lot, and washed them two times in 30C. But i'm not satisfied with the result. I want them as "rough" washed that's possible.

Any advices? Should i wash them in a higher degree? I'm really out of ideas, And i don't want to f* them up either, so i must be sure what these jeans can take before next wash.

I would really appreciate some advices from you jeans experts!
