WTB: Brogue/Wingtips US size 7

Hey all, looking for a pair of new or used (doesn't matter) wingtip oxfords in US size 7. A smaller size 7.5 could work too. Preferably for under $250 shipped CONUS.

Things I want: leather, dainite, or vibram sole (rubber need not contact me), goodyear welt construction would be nice, although Blake is good too.

Hopefully you lovely sufu peeps can help, because I have been having a hard time finding something that I really like to fit my really small feet.
