Diet Butcher Slim Skin Batik-dyed grey lamb leather "caped" peacoat - 46-slim 48

I haven't handled a lot of DBSS leather before but this is a pretty cool piece. Tailored like a peacoat up top around the neck, shoulders, and arms, but with a voluminous cape-like silhouette in the lower body. When worn open, it drapes like a cape (see 1st lookbook photo below). When worn closed, it gives the appearance of a normal peacoat. Great slim fit up top, and a play with volume below. Collar is spread wide across the shoulders, and cuffs are buckled in an "x" design. Fully lined in black (cupro?).

Leather is reversed lamb, apparently. Batik-dye job is quite cool - especially on the back. Viewed up close, the leather has some faint vein-like texture to it. Please note, there's a few small white splotches on left arm and on the body (near the buttons), and there's some dark irregularities in the dye. It is definitely there, but does not mar the overall appearance of the coat when worn. I bought this from Japan and the seller said it's in good condition; it has some wear on it, but still plenty of wear left.

No size tag, but fits a 46-slim 48. The body fits a wide range, depending how voluminous you want it, so the shoulders and arms are really the sizing issue here. Measurements coming soon. For reference (see fit pics below), i'm a regular 48 and the arms are kind of slim on me, and the shoulders feel a tad narrow.

Shoulder to Shoulder: 16"

Pit to Pit: 18.75"

Pit to Bottom: 25.5"

Outer Sleeve: 25" (shoulder to cuff end)

Inner Sleeve: 17.5" (pit to cuff end)

Bottom Width: 25.5" (laid flat...meant to either drape a bit open, or fit slightly more "cape-like" around body if buttoned)

Total Length: 39" (shoulder to bottom hem, 34.5")

Not sure of retail, but given that it's a leather coat it was substantial. Given the condition of the piece,

Price was $450, now SOLD
