Balenciaga denim thread

i have two pairs of balenciaga denim, with the half self edge. one is of their slimmer cut, and one of their wider cut. they fit higher up on my hips compared to diors. the slimmer of the two 18cm hemms fit more like diors do, less up on my hips, but sizing down for me was not smart, as the thigh area of the jeans are way too tight. i can size down on diors without it being too tight in that area. i do like the quality of the denim though. it seems to be a much heavier denim.

does anyone know if just the denim on the front of the jeans are self edge? i have never seen jeans with just one line like these. i was lucky enough to snag a pair off of ebay myself.

I know I'm reviving an ancient thread here but I'm assuming the raw Balenciaga jeans are sanforized? Trying to figure out my size. Thanks.

yeah, i think they are, they don't stretch much to be honest, much much less than dior or apc
