I've been buying and selling on this forum for quite awhile now, and I've had a very pleasant experience until now.

In May, I bought a cardigan by Our Legacy. But when I received the cardigan, the sweater was in terrible condition, with multiple holes and a rip that was about 4 inches. So when I emailed him, and he told me to ship the sweater back for a refund. I was a bit hesitant because there is no buyer protection from Paypal, but I decided to ship it back. And I haven't heard from him since.

I'll try to do what I can to get the money back. But I would just like to warn the forum members who may deal with him in the future.

His name is Sam Youkilis, and his username is soxfan3366.

Just as an FYI, his real last name is almost certainly not Youkilis. Kevin Youkilis plays for the Red Sox, and this guy's username is "soxfan3366" -- so I'd bet that's an assumed name.

That's definitely him (that facebook profile links to the same Flickr page as his SuFu user profile).

The guy tried to sell me used CPs that he bought off of ebay for almost triple what he paid, all the while claiming they were new and "never worn"

Don't know what OP is talking about 'no buyer protection on paypal'. The buyer gets away with murder. There's no seller protection. I've been ripped off by a buyer before and even furnished the proof of shipment and everything else and the buyer still got the refund (and probably my item as well!).

Unless you deal on ebay, paypal doesn't provide protection to the buyer if the seller has a proof of shipment. I filed a complaint, but he got away with it because he provided a tracking number.

i bought a shirt from him once, deal went alright with fast replied PMs, but that was a while ago. have to agree that his stuff is pretty overpriced though.
