Anyone here having large shoe size having problems getting shoes?

I am a US13 / UK12 and I have problems finding shoes locally (Singapore).

Stores here normally stock up to size US11 only, looking for shoes is such a pain that I am only stuck to a few brands and ended up getting shoes online.

I am wearing a Common Projects size 46.

Just wondering if there's any suggestions on online stores that stock big sizes and ships internationally?

Some like Dior only makes them up to 45 AFAIK, and even though some brands like YSL, RO, CP or Margiela do make 46 but most online stockist do not carry them as well, and thus it's very hard for me to find shoes.
