Tell me your secret shopping places in the Southern California area.

There's a serious lack of interesting places to shop in the LA area/OC area. I've looked for threads about the OC but it seems there aren't many.

Anything else other than the fairfax district in LA? I read some threads here that said that the area is no longer what it was, and is now overpriced.

Any type of interesting stores to visit and shop would be appreciated. Vintage/Thrift stores are ok too.

Buffalo exchange seems much too expensive for a second hand store, I feel as though it is over hyped.
