It's internet basics dude. A URL is the internet address of the picture your trying to put up. It would look something like http://www.mycoolwebsite/myobnoxiouspicture.jpg

Its easier if you show us what url your trying to link

you are not putting an image inbetween the tags. it must end it jpg, bpm, gif etc.

Come on now ulrich, it is not that hard:

Click the image logo (the one with the mountain on it) and paste the link between the two image tags. If you want to upload your own pics, you must go to Tinypic.com, host them, and copy the link Tinypic generates for you into the image tags when you post.
