Favour - Are these Authentic Levi's 1937 501's? (Pics)

Could anyone confirm with me the authenticness of these jeans? Everything looks good except I dont know about the leather patch. They also included a picture of the 501 booklet and bag.

Its on a UK auction site, thinking to get them for a fair price.

Have requested for some more pictures and specific details (button fly code, rivet marking), but wouldnt be sure even if the seller gives satisfactory replies.

They are authentic, probably from 2009.
