Has anyone been to the north tribeca NN shop in NYC?

What kind of stuff do they carry?

How are the prices (compared to the retail in Japan)?

I was there at the start of the F/W 05-06 season. They stock the main collection pieces and some of the more commercial t-shirts not featured on the runway but the ones that show up all the time at reseller shops in Asia...also got shoes and accessories. Don't know about prices in Japan but N(N) is fucking expensive in North America. Clothing starts at like $185 for those accessible tees, gets progressively more expensive from there.

Fade,

Priced compared to Cloak? $1600 blazers?

Cloak is really reasonably priced compared to Number (N)ine, at least in the USA. While Cloak might charge about $400 for a heavy knit sweater, N(N) will charge that much for a button down or cotton hoodie.

yeah. apparently Cloak costs a lot overseas though, I was flipping through some British magazine and saw that a pair of Cloak black skinny jeans over there costs almost 300 GBP, that's like the equivalent of the higher end of Dior Homme denim.

Those are certainly rape prices. I don't know about America but I've seen some actual retail prices for NN blazers go for as low as abit under 80,000 yen. And they were freaking nice too. I heard someone tell me the prices at some places in America can be over twice the original price...depending where you shop.
